Chicago Looks to Implement New Concession Fee at Airports

In the proposal, 10% of the revenues from the 11.1% concession fee would go to the companies to help mediate their expenses to stay at the city’s two airports, while the remaining 1.1% would help fund airport projects, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.

The Supreme Court’s ruling could impact a case in Ohio involving a rental car, in which the judge said the defendant had no reasonable expectation of privacy because the GPS device planted by police was on a rented vehicle.
